Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limits?
If you reach your monthly limit for creatives, images, or videos, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier. Your existing campaigns will continue to run, but you won't be able to generate new content until you upgrade or until your limits reset at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise). No credit card required to start the trial. You can explore all features and cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoicing with net-30 payment terms.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier.
